You have an open invitation to the Trial on the merits, or more precisely, meritless case. We have thousands of documents and e-mails that have never been shared.
An example would be the 80% of the Nick Miller document that we partially released
some months back. Has it not occurred to anyone that there had to be much more
for us to need to know just where Nick REALLY stood these days. You really think that we included the portion by Miller declaring it confidential by mistake? Thanks to PB we
got the response we needed to have Nick demonstrate he qualifies as an adversarial witness, not that this is the only plan for Miller. He has loads of information and most of it is no longer covered by attorney client privilege.

We are preparing for a trial. We gain information daily that underscores just how meritless this action was. But that does not mean you should simply let them walk on a motion to dismiss. Far better to engage and defeat the adversary decisively.

Thanks for shedding some light on reasons behind publishing the Nick Miller letter that caused so much controversy!

No wonder so much blur in an attempt to conceal the importance of this action. It seems like that even of one of two opposed it so vehemently at the time, they really did GAJ a great favor and improved his situation.

It appears that document reveals how Nick Miller eventually became one more victim of being dismissed from the services of 3ABN for attempting to do suggest improvements - and a victim of deceit.

So what is the purpose of 3ABN suing? "Truth does not always shake out."

And what is the purpose of American jurisprudence? To show who has the best lawyers?

Sadly, Johann, I believe you have hit the nail on the head here.

Can't wait to see all that information!

Or is there some chance it will all be buried?

It takes a while to study 7000 documents - if that number is correct?

It takes a lot of work. Why are these men willing to do all of this, in what to some seem a futile attempt? What do they have to gain by their defense against a huge battery of lawyers, costing millions of dollars?

Does justice ever have access to such huge amounts?

Justice has access to THE HALLS OF JUSTICE from above. That is all we need!!! Good practice for the trials dead ahead against far greater powers and principalities!!!

I am certainly planning to be ready and I think Mr Pickle will be ready!!! We know that The Lord God is always ready!!!

I received this yesterday:

Quote
I have this question: Did John Lomacang, Kay Kuzma, Brenda Walsh, ever apologize to Linda for dragging her through the mud?  Every time I see them on TV I wonder if people such as the above, and others, have made things right with Linda!?  I doubt that Danny ever will.  How about Walt Thompson?

Just curious...
