Blackberry-Mango Breakfast Shake

Bonnie, hopefully you and your husband will enjoy this as well as you did the Orange Julius!

Blackberry-Mango Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1 cup mango slices
1 cup (about 6 1/2 ounces) low-fat tofu (such as Silken soft)
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons honey


Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

This sounds really good.  I often try to grab quick breakfast on the run to my workroom. Or for a snack, which I do way to much of. One benefit of having a third of your stomach removed :ROFL:
