Christmas Apple Crisp (or anytime of year)

4 apples,skinned and chopped into generous size chunks
2 cups uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar (or Sucanat
1/8 tes. cinimon
1/4 cup lightly melted butter

Mix dry ingredients well in medium sized bowl.Add apples. Pour melted butter over mixture and mix lightly.
Pour into lightly greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve with milk of your choice and dollop of whipped cream or sweet cashew cream

Yum, I'll be making this soon. Should be great with some frozen yogurt on top too. Thanks for sharing!
