It goes on to assert that the station being sold is worth $90 million, is being sold for $1.1 million, and that there may be some sort of "back-end deal." I think the related agreements allowed 3ABN to continue using the station after the sale for at least a year, rent free.
Has 3ABN talked about any of this on the air?
