I heard that the ITCCS is basically a one-person organization/site that doesn't have any clout to it.

Based on their own site, this 'international tribunal' (ITCCS) consists of one Canadian:

Yes, it doesn't sound reputable or credible, especially given the implications of http://itccs.org/tag/kevin-annett/. A country like the UK simply doesn't arrest, jail, and deport the secretary of any legitimate international judicial organization. Note also how Annett identified his organization as being a common law court.

However, CNN.com yesterday did post a story about whether Ratzinger could be put on trial over the child abuse scandal (http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2013/02/18/could-pope-benedict-be-put-on-trial/). So some of the points of the basic story are legitimate.

I read that Ratzinger appointed 67 of the 117 cardinals that will select the next pope. Sounds like he was busy.

I seen this on CNN. They may not be credible, but it sounds like they know what they're talking about as far as this is concerned. Maybe, Maybe not?
