Sources also tell us that these depositions did not go well for 3ABN, and did go well for Alex. But we haven't seen the transcripts, and so cannot confirm that this was the case.

Who are Keith Wallace and Chad Pusey?

Keith Wallace is from the church Alex used to pastor, and Chad Pusey is the law enforcement guy who interviewed Alex before Tommy was arrested, and who did an affidavit for 3ABN which was used with their motion to dismiss.

Could we have at least a couple of clues about how things didn't go well for 3ABN in the depositions?

Patience. The depositions will speak for themselves. With the Motion to Dismiss now decided (no dispositive Judge Saylor to give them a way out in Southern Illinois), if they want this particular case to go away, the number will have to move well into the seven figure range and should now seriously consider a "comprehensive settlement" that would include future claims pending in the wings.

DLS is very busy repairing old relationships and rebuilding the "family", if that were possible at this point. This is a case where the whirlwind is building into a tornado and that into a hurricane for the world of DLS.

Confession, repentance and reformation by the "annointed" would go a long way toward resolving so many issues, but they are convinced the "ministry" must be saved and will save them...it is baal and about to be consumed by the quenching flames of the real God of Heaven.

There is yet time for the anointed to confess, repent and reform and save the ministry but ego prevents the "anointed gone awry" from rending his robes and confessing his sins. The Lord will open the way to expose them all in time!!! And 3ABN will reap the whirlwind!!!

The seven figure range is a million dollars and up.

Wouldn't a "comprehensive settlement" to include future claims pending be a lot higher than that?
