What statements by Freeh and his team do you find that are applicable to the Danny Shelton corruption scandal as it pertains to Danny and 3ABN's handling and cover up of Tommy Shelton's crimes against children?

Our most saddening and sobering finding is the total disregard for the safety and welfare of Sandusky’s child victims by the most senior leaders at Penn State. The most powerful men at Penn State failed to take any steps for 14 years to protect the children who Sandusky victimized.

I think there could be a parallel here with what was happening at 3ABN.

Yes, we have no current evidence that Walt Thompson, MD, ever tried to identify or contact any of the victims.

I see that 3ABN is promoting a music CD titled "Love Rules" by Danny Shelton and Kids.  The cover photo has Danny beaming amongst a group of children.

It seems hypocritical to me given the lack of protection toward kids at 3ABN evidenced by the Tommy Shelton cover-up.

I wonder if there was some sort of fear factor involved in the lack of investigation of pedophile victims with 3ABN.

The news commentator was mentioning that Penn State is now open to huge legal liability from several different angles.

Danny Shelton is talking about the statutes of limitations...for Tommy Shelton's victims?...in 2003?

Hadn't heard those before? Just think what the grand jury in Pennsylvania would do with Spanier, Schultz, and Curley if they had a recording like that.

It is significant that Danny Shelton in May 2003 knew that Tommy had done things to boys that the statute of limitations would apply to.

I wonder if Danny has read up further on the laws protecting children since Tommy's conviction and sentencing? It might help him to keep an attorney on retainer for himself.

Hmmm, wonder if it has anything to do with accusations "way back" with the accusations of Linda's daughter from a poster. was it true or not true?

Some one has to be close to hint of things like this!! I'm still wondering about the DNA testing of strange proceedings. Is that true or not true??

How similar is 3ABN's liablilty to Penn State's?

It was also the opinion of the news commentator that Penn State as a university is "done for" for all practical purposes.

Does any of 3ABN's liability extend to the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church?
