Who knows what will derive or twist from talk on here.  I do not support what 3 abn has done to cover up and pay a molester or his family that protected the evil of it.

Alex felt good about how it went.

Of course, it is always possible that Simpson thinks he got something that he can use or twist to his advantage. Like when he got an email document in Gailon's Rule 2004 examination about a future expansion of our case through adding parties, and then twisted that to mean that we were going to ask for more than we should in future discovery, using our discovery requests to prove it, even though our discovery requests predated Gailon's email.

I doubt it's confidential. But do you think it would be wise to publicize it given that there is ongoing litigation?

Well, the confidentiality issue was what I was thinking of.

But I'm curious as to what went on.
