...TS has had a massive stroke... FYI TS would rather be at the trial next week instead versus suffering the effects of a massive stroke.

If Tommy Shelton had had a massive stroke, he would have been paralyzed.

According to some of the other information posted, Tommy would rather be having "massive strokes" than be present at a trial.

I have no doubt that he has considerable health problems, however.

I think it sounds weird where 3ABN tries to argue that masturbation is not a sexual act under the statute (p. 5 of Doc. 18). The case 3ABN cites is specifically referring to self-masturbation.

There was injury to Plaintiff when Shelton allegedly engaged in illicit sexual conduct.

So 3ABN admits that Alex was injured?

I didn't see all that from the link.  Where do you go to read it?  (Although Tommy Shelton's behavior is disgusting and might be more comfortable to ignore.)

And Alex has yet to provide any evidence . . . other than his word. Until he does, his testimony is suspect. Funny how Robert demands reams of evidence - but takes Alex at his word when Alex has a legacy of lying.

What? Tommy's own word that he did in fact molest Alex, even trying to convince the judge that he was remorseful for so doing, doesn't constitute evidence that Alex is telling the truth when he says that Tommy molested him?

Is "uncovering truth" sure that he/she is trying to uncover truth?

We have to remember that "truth" defined by that site is not what is usually called "truth".

There is nothing in this letter that would cause me to conclude that Tommy has not done what has been alleged. Failure to out right deny the allegations when given the opportunity to do so I find significant.

Tommy again uses conversational terrorism to blame his accusers for the pain caused his family and the loss of any souls who learn of the allegations.

I wonder if Tommy ever blames Danny for this new public awareness of Tommy's past that may have gone entirely unnoticed if Danny had handled Linda's removal at 3abn and their divorce differently?

I wonder if Tommy sent this letter after talking to his legal representative?
