Teresa, Truth emphatically disputes your statement. So Ronnie says it happened and Bruce says it didn't?

- - -

Or is it Danny who says it never happened? Is that the final word?

To those who read here: I will say this only once: Bruce Chance did NOT point a gun at any human being. Never has and never will. He is being falsely accused. And those charges have been dropped.

Was "Truth" there, and thus an eye witness? Or is Truth just passing on hearsay?

If the latter, I would think Truth sounds like that lady up in the northwest who refuses to say that a minor being consenting makes no difference. She would often make emphatic assertions like Truth did, without any personal knowledge.

I couldn't help but respond when I heard about this. Kudos to you, Teresa. Thank you for being courageous enough to share this. You have done the right thing.  :TY:

Duane, I address this to you because, though we have had our differences, you have stepped in on the side of fairness when these people and this place have gotten out of control with the accusations aimed at all the sheltons for everything done in the world.  How odd to see that not one person here asked the circumstances about what happened, yet are making all kinds of snap judgements and assumptions. When I read this I did some investigating and got the story.

1. Bruce's friend lives next door to Teresa. Not next door like in town...next door in a rural area as in 200 yards away.
2. The friend invited Bruce over to hunt on his property.
3. Teresa had previously made it clear she didn't want anyone to hunt even 200 yds away but a person can do what they want on their own property.
4. They hunted anyway as it was just going to be for an hour or two and teresa came out of her house, drove down the driveway and started taking pictures of them! (trying to intimidate that she was going to get them in trouble.)
5. The neighbor ask if she had a problem and she went ballistic screaming at both the neighbor and her brother in law who was so far away he couldn't even make out what she said.
6. As she continued this tirade her brother in law came closer but never closer than 25 or 30 feet and they argued. Of course he had a gun in his hand and so did the neighbor...they were hunting. At no time was he pointing it at anyone and I understand at that time it wasn't even loaded.
7. Teresa called the police and when they arrived she told them the 2 men were breaking hunting laws. She never said anything about pointing guns. The police checked it all out and told them they were free to go, they had done nothing wrong and she became angry again. That's when she concocted the "threat" story and (4 days later..how strange to wait that long) went and got a restraining order.  It is all in the police report.
8. In shock that she would do this the family did some investigating themselves and found that she has a pattern of dramatization, calling the police and getting restraining orders. Even on a lady in a church where Ronny pastored!

I personally talked to a number of people who all said the same thing. There is something wrong with her and her life is one huge drama after another except the drama is only in her mind. She obviously needs to seek help whether with counseling, medication or both. Her husband did not go with her to get the restraining order as he knew, and told her, it was ridiculous. Her brother in law had not threatened her and would not hurt her or anyone else but she refused to listen to reason and got it anyway.

On the other hand, I was told by just as many people that her brother in law has hunted recreationally and for a living for over 40 years and has never had an altercation of any kind with anybody. He has no criminal record. I couldn't even find where he had ever been issued a ticket that had to do with hunting.  His assessment from others was the complete opposite of Teresa's....he is well liked, doesn't cause trouble, wouldn't hurt anyone intentionally, and so on and so forth.

Now why would anyone with that reputation go berserk all of a sudden and be pointing a gun at, and threatening, their own sister in law?  This had nothing to do with Danny whatsoever other than, like the rest of the family, he couldn't believe she would treat her good natured brother in law this way. That told me something. It tells me that this wasn't about the brother in law at all, but about Teresa not getting her way to do some things she wanted to do on 3abn.  I am told she is a very vengeful person if she doesn't get her way and this proves it.

The brother in law is no more blood related than is Teresa so you all should be ashamed to throw him under the bus without even asking a simple question about the circumstances or at least look into Teresa's reputation on restraining orders and calling the police when she doesn't like something.

Sam why should anyone listen to you? You are a proven liar. Quite interesting to see you add your two cents....you are a notorious liar who know one should heed your story as truth.

Well, what a dichotomy...sam the man says the only known Shelton to tell the Truth and Nothing But the Truth is not telling the truth and defines Teresa as a Drama...

Sam, old girl, Danny is the epitome of DRAMA...married three times and two were reportedly just gold-diggers digging into one of the biggest gold-digging televangelists to ever delude the seventh-day adventist church...the epitome of liars, cheats and thieves and then hides behind "confidentiality".

If you think we believe the first iota of anything you claim to be truth...well, shall we say you are just a bit factually challenged. What an under statement...you are the definition of FACTUALLY CHALLENGED.

One day both the "gold-diggers" will publish their MEMOIRS and the true character of the lowly and pathetic Danny Lee Shelton will once again be rendered the appropriate light of day.

Servant all right, of princes and principalities of DEMONS!!! EVIL is an understatement and exemplifies this heresy of truth. And it continues to be exposed for what it really is, the Living Dead.

Teresa, know you have friends in the world of the Living and your revelations are recognized for what they really represent. Be proud to join Linda Sue Shelton and others that have dared to defy the lie!!!

Sam, Sam, Sam, lets hope you are joking? Obviously, you are talking second hand and have no real knowledge of what happen? The lady spoke from her experience what happen to her and you simply have taken the side you want to believe is true. For sure if what that lady said is true you would not expect the people involved to tell the truth or make it out to be anything other than a misunderstanding. Then you done went and called the lady crazy, though you report to only report what others have said. If you had just stopped with your explanation I could have given you some credence but the venom that came out of that post is clear as the driven snow. Sam you are the kinda person that agrees with the rapist saying the way she was dressed was just asking for it. Common sense tells me that this lady is obviously hurting from the dynamics of the family and her pain does not just come from the latest incident. Very few family members will pull the fire alarm unless there is fire or smoke. Who ever you are you are ruthless and show the same exact spirit as those in the Linda case. You seem totally unable to grasp the facts about Danny and his obvious mid-life crisis. On the otherhand you seem to have a blind eye to obvious things of a harmful nature right under your nose.

Sammy what an interesting investigation you have made and stated in post 248. Obviously I don't know how to do many things on this program because I do not have 7 1/2 years of practice so I was not able to copy your post.
The public should be aware of the story.
1. Ronny Shelton, Bruce's brother in law of 30 years was also at the end of the barrel of the loaded gun. (You seemed to have left this out of your report.) It was not point at our heads but rather in the direction of the whole body. Bruce held the gun firm to his hip, finger on trigger and turned the gun to point at the one he was screaming at.
2. The police report states that Bruce was 20 feet away. His copy had a hole punch right over the zero (used by the justice system when they put it into their files) which Danny had stated Bruce's attorney was going to use it court as inaccuracies.
3. The charges were dropped by me and my husband because we were giving Bruce some grace and mercy (have copies) which apparently unlike Balaam, even when caught can not and will not admit his wrong.
4. The Order of Protection would not be pursued to extend another 2 years and was dropped because it was assured to me, by my husband Ronny, that Bruce would not come back to cause me more harm.
5.  The rural area that you are speaking about, Hello... is a subdivision. There are little grandchildren running around, retired elderly people living in this subdivision. Would you like some pictures?
6. Bruce was not hunting but really just challenging his gun right. Throw doves decoys over the powerlines. Two on the top wire, one on the bottom. Shooting over a roadway on a well traveled road with School buses going by. Hello. Professional Hunting Guide???? (Need Pictures.....got them.)
7. His friend that lives next door to us, took all the tickets from the game warden, Bruce's friend is also heard on the 911 tape telling Bruce to put the gun down. Ronny was heard telling Bruce to put the gun down and myself saying "Please Bruce put the gun down and have some respect for family" When Bruce replied "I am family."  Bruce's friend quickly got his gun and put it up because this friend could see the rage and uncontrollable temper of Bruce, and how he was holding the gun on/at/ Ronny and myself.
8. Pictures obviously when bring attention to what wrongs being done by such people....pictures must be taken, documents must be documented and proof must be given beyond the reason of a doubt because of people like you Sammy. It's understandable that you would defend your husband, but Sammy wrong is wrong and right it right. Gray areas in situations like these are from those who have to take medication to keep their heads there.... in the gray area.
9. Danny did believe the lie that Bruce has passed as truth and wanted this to all just go away because it would hurt 3ABN when it hit the courts like all the other court case. Tammy, you, have believed the lie that Bruce is determined to live with, and yes we all talk, we all have opinions but unless you can back up what you say, then keep your opinions to yourself. You have obviously decided your brother to be a liar and your husband to be the honest Abe. Get real, we all know the truth.
10. As far as my mental state.....I am stressed..... with people like you and your husband that are determined to make people miserable, get your way, and refute the truth by investigating only to satisfy your own agenda...which it to win. Buzz saws, bulldozers, heavy metal equipment all end up in the trash.
11. My past Sammy...would you honestly like to get into a discussion of our past with the folks here on Advent Talk. You seem to want to base behaviors on Sept. 2nd on past. Have you forgotten that years ago my past was talked about openly on Black SDA and I was the one doing the talking? God changes lives isn't this part of the Ministry at 3ABN and the gospel that is preached there? Maybe it would be good to listen to the message and not just collect the items donated.

There were some BIG details left out in your investigation.

Teresa:

Are you saying that Sammy is Tammy Chance????

I have often wondered if it was. Especially with the lies that "Sam" tells using my mother as her prop.

Then "Sam" has her son, Trent, contact me concerning the issue with Tommy.

Wonder if "Sam" is willing to admit that Trent is not Bruce's son??????

:oops:I am so sorry folks the picture really got big and actually I had a couple more and didn't post them. THANK GOODNESS!

By the way Sammy, Ronny signed all the documents given to the Franklin Country Sherriffs Department when they came to the scene. Which could have been possible prosecuted as "Assult with a Deadly Weapon" punishable by jail and loss of his FOID card forever,  Ronny also had to sign the papers to drop these possible charges against Bruce. Can you see any grace and mercy here?

I am DONE with this topic. My needs are elsewhere.

Teresa, you think you know who I am?  I have never met Tammy Chance or Bruce Chance in person. I assume that is who you mean by saying Tammy? I have never been to 3ABN. Like I said, I did some investigating and got this info.  I personally talked to a number of people who all said the same thing.  I added two plus two and found it equaled four.
