In the justice system there is is only one surety, and that is that nothing is sure. Justice can be hoped for, it can be fought for, but it can never be assured.

Is Ken Denslow being sued?

I cannot imagine how he could avoid being named in his capacity as a director...he and Thompson have been the most profoundly guilty of "head in the sand" syndrome...then one must ask why Max Trevino stepped into the muck...i would assume Gilley was the major factor and he also has a serious case of "head in the sand" syndrome.

Too bad Doug Batchelder missed the bullet here...I would easilly argue he is guilty of "ignore reality" syndrome and knew or should have known!!!

Amazing Facts has their own Satellite TV Channel on the same satellite as 3ABN, Hope TV, LLBN, etc.

I would almost bet they will all be effected.

All be effected, or affected?

I could see how 3ABN could be affected, but I can't see how the others will, unless it is in a good way.

So maybe the problems will spread and affect some of the others...

If you want to see the mess that interlocking boards and the problem this can create for SDA laymen, take time to review the mess known as In Re: Boston Regional Medical Center (formerly New England Memorial Hospital - originally the New England Sanitarium & Hospital).

Laymen were not covered by Officers and Directors Legal Liability as the Church employees were and many suffered significant financial losses defending against tghe claims of the creditors committee.

GJ, he knew enough not to get mixed up with them, even after most thought the deal was set in stone.  But you know GJ,it might not have been DB's purpose to fight this fight.  It might have, and seems it was God's purpose for him to continue to lead at AF, which he is doing very well from what I see.

Won't be long now.  It seems John Manly has given up on Greg Simpson, don't it.  Oh, well, actions speak louder than words Greg. I'm pretty sure that Manly is ready to show you how the big boy's act in court. ;).

Jeff Anderson is a great addition to this case in my opinion. I'm glad to see the victims have surrounded themselves with competent and capable attorney's such as John Manly and Jeff Anderson.

3ABN and Danny Shelton have retained the "so called high favorable ethics attorney" Greg Simpson. Lol. May I also add in-competent? Who has Brad Walker, Walter Thompson and Cindy Conard Ford hired?

Hopefully they are ready to start dishing out money just like they have false information and lies.

Oh, by the way Brad, Walter.....I hear Cindy is willing to represent you three. :) She's been practicing up for a while! Lol!

OH! My last thought goes to Jim Gilley: You better get that staffed telephone ready and start working on those Mandatory Broadcast announcements to inform your viewers of Tommy Sheltons past!  :console:

Last night on 3ABN Today they had a love fest, beggathon with DS, JG, MS, Pastor L and the Pastor with the crooked smile. (sorry, can't remember his name).  Talked about all the great things that had happened last year because the station is anointed by God.  How they always got just enough money and wish people wouldn't hold on to it so long.  That this next year was going to be so wonderful.  Time will tell.  It was also interesting that the program before 3ABN Today was from Hope Channel.  That is the reason I even stayed there as I thought that was strange, but maybe not.
