Tommy sent an open letter to the Dunn Loring church in early 2007, saying that Glenn Dryden and Gailon would be taken to court.

Also, I heard that Tommy was involved early on with the law firm.

Bob, please elaborate on this comment.  How was TS involved in suing you?

On the other hand, Tommy now knows what it feels like to be "under the law." He should have thought twice before being involved in the effort to sue us for blowing the whistle on Danny's cover up of the allegations against him.

Ok, so you heard he ws involved, and he had knowledge that youw ere going to be sued?  So, now God is punishing him for his part in the law suit?   Are you not sure that as with any other sin, he is suffering the natural consequences of his unfortunate choices?  I mean should he not be in this same position if there never was a law suit?

Of course. Nevertheless, he now knows what it feels like to be "under the law."

What about this monetary demand against Danny and his co-conspirators that tried to subvert justice? What's happening with that?

Don't know. But I've been thinking that it might be good to let everyone know that 3ABN could possibly use some extra donations to pay for attorneys and to compensate Tommy's victims.

Do you have an idea this knowledge would bring in more funds? :cat:

It took a lot of searching, but I found a link to a post where Pickle posted the text from the Tommy's open letter.  I did not take the time to read it all yet, but it is interesting in light of Tommy's recent plea of GUILTY.

Whew!  That was a long letter!

Interesting to see that Tommy planned to have the backing of the Illinois Seventh-day Adventist Conference President..."By next week I will have in hand an official statement from the Illinois Conference President of SDA..."

Tommy even brings up the alleged murder of Danny Shelton's first wife, by Danny himself.

Who was the Illinois SDA Conference President at that time (February, 2007)?

I am still at a loss, as to why the Woods, would allow anyone, with even a hint of impropriety to come to Dunn Loring. Surely there were other preachers available. someday when all this is over, I am going to talk to them. I hope I can get an answer I can live with...

Hopefully it will be over, one way or the other.  Anyone know if this is the same judge or a new one?
