3ABN "fined" again for breaking the law
« on: November 07, 2010, 06:30:07 PM »

http://www.sos.ms.gov/links/sec_char/final_orders_and_agreements/charities/Three%20Angels%20Broadcasting%20-%20Consent%20Agreement%20-%20C-10-0030.pdf

A number of states have laws requiring charities to register and provide annual financial reports. That probably wouldn't be the case if no charity out there was fleecing the public.

3ABN is aware of these laws, and that is why it has filed annual reports in CA, OR, and IL. (It used to file annual corporation reports in FL and MI, I think as a corporation rather than as a charity.)

The above link is to a consent decree signed by Mollie Steenson with the State of Mississippi. We can praise the Lord that 3ABN got off with only having to pay $500. A lot less than the multi-million dollar payment we heard they had to pay the IRS. And a lot less than one attorney thought the child molestation claims against 3ABN and Danny would probably end up being.

3ABN had to pay a lot more than this when they were caught doing this in another state weren't they? Seems that in that state they tried and couldn't make a deal and they were also barred from doing trusts or annuities there. So they can't plead ignorance of the law. Records show that thay knew they were breaking the law and did it anyway.

Molly Steenson IS the vice president of 3ABN.

I guess the question is, Why? After her sham investigation of the complaints of the trust services whistleblowers, her retaliatory firing of those whistleblowers, her praise of admitted pedophile Tommy Shelton on a globally televised broadcast, her refusal to permit the inspection of the phone card phone records as John Lomacang had promised, and, apparently, her refusal to properly participate in discovery as required by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, why is she vice-president?

Yes, $25,700 is an awful lot more than $500.

But far less than what 3ABN may have to pay out for the victims of Tommy Shelton.
