Cindy's incoherent ramblings
« on: September 02, 2010, 05:44:14 AM »

Well, Cindy, since we're being so open and honest, maybe you'd like to tell everyone how  you have repeatedly tried to meet privately with me during the 3ABN Campmeeting. I still have your PMs just so you know.

Cindy said this :

Why would you claim they are lying, and why would they ALL lie?

Cindy, is not talking to the people who I talk to on a regular basis; my mother, father, and grandmother. She fails to admit that. The truth is I have not talked to the other family members in nearly 4 years. So, to say ALL is a complete exaggeration especially when I know of at least 7 who stand admittedly in support.

Then,

I guess it will be settled in court as you are pursuing your goal of getting a settlement, but I do not think you jumping up on the internet or in court and calling them all liars when they all have one story and you alone have another is going to help your case, or your relationship with them. My 2 cents..

Who asked for her two cents anyway? No one cares. I alone have another? I'm glad she thinks that way; she's in for a big suprise.

YOU NEED TO THINK, and stop opening yourself up for criticism and rebuttals. I never would have mentioned this except for your post above. What is wrong with you? Your parents and family have already evidenced that they will not stand by you in support of your claims - they will in fact refute them and provide information that will place you in the limelight.

Again, she's in for a BIG suprise.

If she thinks her threats and intimidation tactics have an effect on me she is naive. I had the attacks on one of my family members halted, but seeing that Cindy is acting as their "spokesperson" then I will allow them to continue; seeing that it is evident where her source of information is coming from and I invite her to continue in her persuit. She may have a nasty taste in her mouth when it's all said and done though.

Ok, so you have had some confusion and issues in your life. Those issues were not illegal, but Tommy's actions against you (that most likely contributed to those later confusions) were. Your later choices in no way negate what he did. Nothing does. They can bring dozens of witnesses saying that you had a period of time where you lived an alternative lifestyle, and you can hold your head high and say "Yes I did. So what?" Because the only relevance it has to the question at hand points directly back to the crimes commited against you as a child. Even if you were still living as they say, it has no bearing at all on the validity of what happened to you. They are simply trying to take you from an offensive position and force you to spend your time defending against matters that are entirely irrelevant, except as they bolster your case.

It should readily be apparent to a jury that Tommy's crimes caused you to be confused.

That assumes, however, that Cindy is not one of the jurors.

All I have to say is that he claims he only talks to 3 family members and yet also claims 7 "admittedly stand with him" and that's weird to me as he appears to be estranged from all but 3 according to what he himself says about not talking to them in 4 yrs.

  Oh my goodness, she is soooooooo lost! You do not have to talk to them to know they are in support. How do you know his attorney's haven't talked to them?  ;D :-X

Cindy is a few fries short of a happy meal. You can't explain anything to her.

I still get a chuckle thinking about post #74 on a BlackSDA thread. Cindy might get a chuckle if she reads it too.

No, I have not contacted any of the Clems, as i can't find them and no contact info has been given.

If Duane is on the board all the time, then perhaps you can identify him, or he will please contact me privately after reading this post?

I actually requested that sometime back on the forums.

Thank you.

Just to give you a hint, Aletheia, he's the one who posted, "I'm Duane Clem...do you believe my statement?" That was right before you claimed to not have read his statement.

I don't answer nameless cowards, Jamie. I've said that repeatedly.

Oh my, I guess I just insulted again!

I wonder if Cindy realizes that she opened herself up to be named in a lawsuit.

As she herself said:

Sue your family, or me, if you don't like it, but be aware that in the case of defamation, the documented and truth established is the best defense and they of course can prove it, as can I. Ask your lawyer if you don't believe me...

Maybe that is what she is wanting? Yeah, of course it is because as she has proven she LOVES attention! So, why should anyone even think about giving her the pleasure?    Sorry Cindy, but this isn't about you. Go get attention elsewhere.

I am openly challenging Cindy Conard to put her threats and intimidation into action. Cindy you claim there are police reports, as I posted on the other site produce them then! Let's see them.
Or you can coward and hide like you did before when you was challenged to produce your evidence about your claims against Snoopy.  However, now everyone knows I have challenged you to produce your "documentation."

She is testing you. Cindy has a history of pushing the envelope to  see where the breaking point is. She hasn't dealt with you for very long, so she feels like she has to discover where the "oops, I  crossed the line" point is with you.

She and the other busybodies over there won't post any slander against me. They know I'll sue and go to  the media.

Do you feel all big and bad now, Cindy? One suggestion: if you don't ban people who actually exist, you won't have to create so many additional screen names to make it look like people are actually interested on your little site. Just sayin'.

Johann Thorvaldson admits he is a liar

Postby proffaberf451 ยป Sat Jun 05, 2010 3:12 am UTC
Johann Thorvaldson, the supposed pastor from Scandinavia has publically admitted that he is a liar and should have his pastoral credentials revoked and he should be censured by the division that oversees his activities if not the General Conference.

For years Johann Thorvaldson has claimed that there is no evidence to substantiate the claims against Linda Shelton. Today, a day after publishing a vile and despicable lie about the 3ABN Board of Directors Chairman, he responded to a challenge for evidence with the following:

Dr Arild Abrahamsen tells me he has documentation for what he wrote. At least as much documentation as the others have for all of their false rumors. Perhaps Mrs. Thompson now understands what sorrows her husband has caused Linda Shelton?

Since he has claimed that there is no evidence against Linda Shelton, this is tantamount to a public admission that he is engaged in lying as a means to defend his position. An admitted tit-for-tat. He knows the truth but refuses to admit it because of his blind loyalty to Linda Shelton - the source of his current lying endeavor. A retired pastor, he has evidenced that he has left behind all of the beliefs that he claimed to hold true when he occupied a pulpit. He has evidenced that he no longer believes in the fundamental beliefs of this faith, nor does he believe in the Ten Commandments. His credentials should be immediately revoked and he should be barred from speaking from any pulpit in any church in this world by both his division and the General Conference.

One has to wonder why he is so blindly adherent to Linda Shelton. He has obviously believed any and all lies she has feed him, whether directly or through the quasi-doctor Abrahamsen. He can no longer be trusted to lead, nor counsel, in the name of the church or in the name of the Savior. He has abdicated his role in the Lord's work and taken up with the devil's side instead.
