Will this man get Tommy out of trouble? His motions were denied.

Johan, do you know if this person is already involved in this case, or are you simply specuating and by doing so suggesting that TS hire him to represent him?

My understanding is that IS Tommy's attorney.

It appears Gregory after reading that (and I cannot answer for Johann) that evidently this is what money can buy and maybe he suspects this man will help TS out if He suspects that this attorney will represent TS. The question is --is this who they will get for TS for big bucks?

Johann, Even though money can buy the best spinner, the fact remains in this case, "admission and witness" and you still have a jury that are human. I know what you meant.

I would like to mention about now the big bucks. After about 4 years of non watching 3abn, I ventured there on my computer and went through all programing and watched it again for a while. There I realized I missed all my past favorites, Lyle, Ken, Doug, Mark and most all on there, although I have all their cds and looked longingly at not having my lifetime 3abn to work from skyangel and then I realized something. I cannot blame the minglers because they have one thing in mind. They have souls won from their agenda and seminars.  The people are hungry for what they say and not DS.  It is established through the giant and anyone watching will definitely contribute as they present their individual presentations.  In fact I will admit that the programing is definitely getting down to serious call and to show how close we are to the coming of Jesus and gives people the direct message that we are to hear. Except for a couple of good programs on Hope they just don't get it in some of there flamboyant programming. In fact I am realizing  why my dislike for it as it almost seems like adversity to programming on 3abn. so with that said now, the remaining fact is that the DS crew like Satan did on the high peaks at using God's word against Jesus at the presumption he uses all the good and true for the "Shelton benefit."  and now I can see why the "big bucks" keep coming in.  The minglers seem to realize that their message is still getting through but where they are wrong is that they are financing the DS empire and the trick of it all is that the church CAN'T do anything about it with 3abn's Independence so what will the outcome be as they do not shun the evil???  The money pays DS and crew or family out of their mires. So is this "Hope" channel the churches "Hope". I Hope not.  I think the thing that has to be done is all programming as the world sees 3abn transfer ed but somehow as i see it the right backing is not there for it. Don't know all the inner workings work but I do know it is not right.
One thing I came away with is a new urgent feeling of "work for the night is coming". but I will not send DS Money. what a trick for the last message and Satan is Clever.

Sorry for alway editing at the end as my mind is going back to phonic in spelling while my fingers still type fast. and then i remember I did not click on spell check.

My understanding is that IS Tommy's attorney.

But how can that be Tommy's attorney? It says, "A Law Practice Dedicated to Representing Those Falsely Accused of Child Sexual Abuse." With so many alleged victims in multiple states, the guy couldn't possibly honestly conclude that Tommy must be falsely accused, could he?

Haven't people here claimed that Tommy was falsely accused? It appears from the news reports that the judge has not quite accepted that yet.

Will we ever be able to understand everything that is done to protect him?

I understand that the case where Tommy Shelton would get up to a lifetime has been dropped. Seems like he might still get up to 15 years. What wouldn't you do to avoid that? That is a long time playing the piano for other inmates.

To some it may seem like that just cannot be true.

Now you will see how the best "spinners" can arrange language that best fits their purpose. I hope someone will post them so all can see when documented. I am still counting on the human aspect of a jury. But yes Johann we are so familiar how it all works "Corrupted". Aren't we now in the world of almost no justice left?

That is my understanding as well. And Bob, to answer your question, do you remember the story I told you a week or so ago about the guy who was going to become an attorney but decided to do something else?  :)

Someone opened up the Topix thread again and I'm already getting the blame for it. But...they say they don't fear me. One person sadi they noticed that I posted somewhere else right after it was reopened. LOL! They're so scared they're stalking me.

For the record, I did NOT open it back up nor do I know who did, and I only post with ONE screen name on Topix.

Could you refresh my memory by repeating that story? Even though I remember it well?

The attorney's slogan can be whatever he makes it.  Point is, TS, and his people, maintain his innocence(how, I don't know, but they do), and that he is being falsely accused........afterall the age of consent is 17 in IL so i hear.......sigh.....but I digress.  It makes perfect sense that they would retain this type of representation.  Doesn't mean it will help him any, just that he has retained someone who specializes in this type of case.    :dunno:

And you can be assured that they will do everything possible to have the other times he was accused of the same kept from the jury.
