I see that Tommy is still being referred to as "accused" while the victims are being called greedy, hateful, misguided and even useful idiots. Unbelieveable.

Here's a news flash: Tommy is guilty. He ADMITTED he is guilty. That makes him a CONVICTED child molestor, not an "accused" one. I don't know how to dumb it down any more than that, so I hope you got it this time.

Seems to me they really are frightened. Wonder what Jim Gilley, Danny Shelton, and 3ABN are feeling right now? This is one place they did not want to be put in, involved in two law suits.

From what I understand, they still have to option to not be. Let's see what they choose.

They have the option to settle. Which would also be admitting that they did attempt to cover up Tommy's crimes and that they were engaging in intimidation of witnesses and victims...

Danny has himself in quite a "pickle", doesn't he?

BTW Danny, have you thought of what the local news media is going to do with this if it does go to trial? Rest assured, I'll do my part to see that they know about it.

All I know is that a "demand letter" was sent out to 3ABN. I'm sure they have received it by now.

What was demanded, Adam?

I have not personally seen the letter. I just know one was sent out to Jim Gilley last week.

So Jim Gilley should start "sweating bullets" any time now, I take it.

If he isn't already. I do know that they have given him a deadline to respond; a short one at that.

If they opt to acquiesce to the demand, does that mean that other victims will come forward and begin demanding something also?

In the past history that has been the case especially in cases that involved that Catholic church. So, I hesitate to say no.

I will say this, without fear, of repercussion's. I have seen it posted elsewhere "why aren't the victims going after the church in Virginia?" Even if the two victims wanted to do so, they could not because of the statue of limitation (as far as civilly prosecuting) in the state of Virginia.

I would agree that the church in Virginia including Pastors Byron and Gail Woods should be held accountable for allowing Tommy to pastor there. They were in fact knowledgeable of the past of Tommy, yet allowed him to serve. It is unfortunate that this may not occur.

Don't worry about a thing. Danny's cornered now. This attorney team has him studied and pegged down. He can't stall anymore. He's a broken man with no influence over anyone. I just hope they nail Gilley, Molly and Lomacang too for their knowledge and attempts to cover this up. They are guilty.

Horsethief,

If Gilly, Molly, and Lomacang are found guilty will 3 abn change hands or what do you excpect to happen since all SDA programming is connected. I saw yesterday that the Spanish SDA in South American was coming forward for donations as they were speaking up for Cali Columbia outreach. Yet they wanted the funds sent to 3abn Headquarters. ?????

Too bad that one does not realize that guilt will cause "broken people" if they do not repent!!

If I was Gilley, I would pack up my bags and run as fast as I could to the nearest exit.
