I only caught bits and pieces of part 1 and on account of another committment I completely missed part 2, therefore, there isn't much that I can say about the first two parts.

Daryl - thanks for your reply. Was just curious but not enough to get up at 7:30 on a Sunday morn to watch myself. Always makes me feel sick to my stomach to see him on there.

I put 3ABN on in the bedroom and let it run for the noise. I woke up to Danny at a Remnant Rally or something. He was pushing his book! I thought, Huh, 3ABN won't let him push his books on 3ABN. Yet 3ABN did the filming! What is the difference. Her is forever pushing his books!. This is his book. He need not share royalties.

I turned the channel! I can't watch him much anymore.
