I spoke with the President/Board member of GO (I don't believe he is President now--the Board takes turns so they all have been President at one time or another) sometime last December. I don't know the exact day. He said he had spoken with Jim Gilley about this issue previously to our conversation. I do not know the exact date when he spoke with Jim G.

And why should we believe you?

I seem to recall Junebug more than once clearly making statements that weren't so. And then there is her great hesitancy to say that even if the minor was consenting, child molestation is still wrong.

So I wouldn't want to accept anything Junebug says unless she can provide some sort of solid, convincing, documentary support.

Well, I sure wish all these people posting to draw attention from the Open letter to Walt Thompson that says Danny is guilty and Linda is innocent.  I agree that the evidence should be forthcoming.  Oops!  Since there is no evidence of Linda being an adulterer.  There is only evidence that Danny and Walt are guilty!

Walt did not lie when he said he has never seen proof that Linda committed adultery, yet he stands behind the "giant gorilla in the room."

When will 3ABN correct all this mess?

Your partial answer is a partial help. Although I have gathered some important information I will wait till I have some more - within a few weeks.

Tinka- so you believe I live in a live and let live mode? Hardly! How you got that from my posting is a deep mystery to me! Some of the folks on this forum really do need to get a life other then beating the dead horse of the old Shelton/3ABN chronicles. What are you doing, personally, every day to share the gospel with someone? Do you have a plan to answer personally someday to the questions posed in Matt 25:31-46? Personally, I want to be found in the line of duty. I realize that in 2nd Opinions 3:37 we are instructed to sort out every mess that we find in the church, but since 1st and 2nd Opinions are extra-biblical, I will have to stick with the original scriptures. In Matt 28:19-20 we have a comission from the Lord. (Sorry, could not find anything from 2nd Opinions that agreed with that scriptural passage). While many discuss, rediscuss, and debate ad nauseum, there is a work begging for workers and that work is taking the gospel to the world through personal effort, we are to work to hasten His return. I submit if one is busy doing the Lord's work by following the great comission, one would not have much time to wallow in the mire! The devil and his minions must have many a celebration over what they can involve so many of God's people in, and gossip is so tasty and all-absorbing! Kinda like Twinkies- junk food for the soul. But hardly what we need in these very end times!

They can't be Christians, or they would want to see the evidence too!

But instead, they have to come over here and lie some big ones!  They have no proof of anything!  Instead they change the subject.  I will have to continue to remind them this about a letter from Dr Day to Walt Thompson and to me it seems to be right on!

Linda is innocent!  Prove she is not.

Danny is an adulterer.  Prove he is not.

Produce something to put this mess to rest.

With out that proof, this will continue to balloon.  I sure wonder what is happening with the two cases that are still on going.

Do you think Walt will respond with the truth?  Or, do you think he will continue to hide behind Danny, the known liar?

If they persistt, I will have to keep bringing it back to the topic.  This is not right.  I thought there was a rule about changing the subject of the thread.

But hardly what we need in these very end times!

First of all, (gossip) What do you expect people to do when they see fact before their eyes?? (Look the other way??  LIve and let live) I suppose if I would not have been or family a contributer maybe, but then again I am a right and wrong person that I am thankful that God gave me that ability.

Your undecided mystery how someone can come to that conclusion of how one can get that scenario from your post is baffling when you can read and write. This is what you call a seared mind to the truth of eye view of extravaganza, divorce, accusations not proven against someone.  You see 3abn made it all public their selfs. It was not hard to see the "NEbbie" program coming down. Constant bragging and the stories of the"great doer" over and over. You never heard that stuff from LS or anything like it. And you think it is a mystery!! Your reaction on post proves the Let LIve and close the doors to truth.

My life is very full and I make use well of my time for the benefit of others. Even when we have been stripped of lifes work in business, home and farm by political agenda and it all began by the trusting of SDA people just like ol DS because God gave us something of value. But God's revenge was also seen after the fact of the deceivers. We have suffered through much but the end is near for those that deceive and take and spend and hide and falsify to the benefit of the all mighty dollar it is near for them too. The protectors or people that like to cover up will face the same music. You see, you must prove the eye view did not happen or clear the mystery that is in you head.

Also I do not sort Bibical Scripture to suit my taste!! Right is right and wrong is wrong.  How long did it take for you to use scripture against scripture. There is what I call wasted time. You can always find what you look for to the best of your scenario. Satan was good at that too. As he used presumption against Jesus to prove HImself.

Think of this....Did it not ring a bell of Nebuchadnezzar when DS started his bragging. It did me!!  Nothing wrong with this?? sorry for you!!

But then again the majority does not seem to follow any counsel at any length.
I just saw Hope channel and the HOmecoming performing music with the hopping, dancing and clapping, waving their unclean hands to the Lord to the agenda of the "Gaither HOur". SDA must copy in order to stay with the ongoing likes of the public. We are no different there now. Sure I like the gaither hour as they are sincere in what they believe. The SDA music was good ...if you abandon the counsel. I could not believe it and wondered who was ahead of that?  But I saw them all there and performing and performing.....to their own agenda and fake against our counsel.  Del Decker did not change as always.  I finally realized they joined the crowd and felt abandoned by our faith. It was funny them trying to copy the Gaither Hour. I was even more funny to see their banchie red hair on everyone coming from their sprayed on lights. This is just my opinion again and makes no difference to anyone else except me. It just don't match the counsel we have and neither does the NEbbie fact or anything good that has come from this 3abn scenario or the protectors of evil. Change what is history?? you can't and there is no repentance given to no one. Just show me the money.. pews!! and the rest just occupy yourselves in something else and look the other way. Some minds on here are not closed to truth but war against the eye view of WRONG against the counsel of the church.

As it is apparent that two different things are being discussed here, that the other thing being discussed be split off into a separate topic, which I know the forum software here is capable of doing.

In order not to disrupt this thread any further, I looked for and discovered an appropriate thread for discussing this, therefore, I posted about that at the following thread link:

Daryl,

Just so we are clear, I am posting this as a moderator without the red hat.  You need to stop with the little jabs at administration and what we are or are not doing.  If you have an administrative issue you would like to discuss, please feel free to utilize the PM option here which I know you are familiar with.  I am quite certain I am not the only member of AdventTalk administration getting tired of your backseat efforts to continue to inject yourself into the operation of the forum and to remind readers of your former role here.  I appreciate and enjoy your opinions on the issues being discussed, but your attempts to continue to control what happens here needs to stop.

Respectfully,

Snoopy

This thread is missing the meat and potatoes of the letter to Walt.  What led up to that letter?  Why does she say what she has said?
You can read it in the altogether at:

http://www.goodnewsaboutgod.com/studies/dr_day/shelton's/danny_shelton.htm

I am not loading the information, because some subject matter is posted in another private thread.

To me it is good to see the whole and not pieces.  If people will read, it would clear some "muddy" water.
