In reading documents I am amazed at the many times 1998 keeps popping up.

I wonder how many more things happened at 3ABN and with Danny Shelton in 1998.  e-Bay was started. Bank records were going way back in 1998.

It makes me wonder about D & L and DSL Publishing.  Just where were they receiving income from way back in 1998-2002?  It is clear he had income from somewhere since the bank account goes back to 1998.

Lets say I open a store on eBay.  What bank would I use?  I would pick one close where I could go into the bank and do business.  I would not pick a bank 1/2 way across America to use as my bank account.

Maybe I would if I were trying to avoid taxes (State and/or Federal).  I would surely pick a state with no income tax.  Texas is closer that MN!  If I were trying to hide income, why so far away?   Maybe MN was chosen because it was 1/2 way between him and where he received income?  Maybe it as so Walt could do Danny's banking?

Maybe Garwin McNeilus recommended it to Danny.  If that is the case, Garwin must have been aware that he was receiving income.  Maybe it was Walt!  Someone else knew!

Where did Danny's extra income go before 1998?

I just read how hard the lawyers worked to keep Bob and Gailon from seeing those records!  If all was above board and kosher, why would they be trying so hard to hide the facts.  Every time I read something new, I see where Danny is not a provider of documents!  In fact, he never provides documents of relevance!

I would say a big chunk of the legal fees paid were for the lawyers to make revealing documentation was next to impossible!  They are really working towards that goal!

When I first figured out the financial situation from eBay and the 3ABN vs. IL Property Tax lawsuit, I never dreamed of all that has been discovered that has nothing to do with finances!  Nothing shocks me about the finances.  It revealed his true character to me.  When I began reading facts about his immoral behavior, I was not shocked.

I knew Danny had hidden funds.  And here we are.

Danny should never have sued Bob and Gailon!

Fran, just a clarification: Danny's local bank got bought by another bank, which has branches in Minnesota. Since I live in Minnesota, I thought I'd subpoena the records from Minnesota rather than from Illinois. So Danny's bank was local rather than being out of state.

The fact that Danny was signatory on 10 different accounts at one bank during the requested time period did sound a bit odd to me.

Fran,

Did you notice that so many of the exhibits Danny and 3ABN's lawyers filed were letters between the lawyers and us, or duplicates? You'd think that if they really had a case, they would have filed documents at some point that proved it, not resort to filing lawyer's letters in an apparent attempt to compete with our voluminous exhibits.

Not one exhibit that they filed suggests that they lost a penny because of Gailon or myself providing anything other than documentation. And only one exhibit suggests that our documentation caused a loss.

Thanks for that info, Bob.  I am still back at 1998!  Isn't this the year of Danny and the 2nd cousin?  I am trying to see how many things happened in 1998 or around 1998.

Bob, I firmly do not believe Danny would bank at the same bank as 3ABN!  There has to be another bank.  If he uses another bank, having 10 accounts is far too many.  However, if someone is hiding money, look at banks in the distance!  Maybe Haiti?

Has anyone checked Russia and the Cayman Islands?

Just wondering.

I'm not sure when the alleged events with the second cousin took place.

Anyone else know?

I believe 1998 was cited, but the other side came back with 1995.  I would like to hear if it was 1998.  I believe I got it in "What I would like to ask Danny Shelton".

Yeah, it said this was when the uplink games stopped.  To me, the uplinks stopped because she graduated and was no longer paying or they broke up.  I guess the beginning of the event was prior to 1998.  Don't know when it stopped.

Might ask why he stopped recording and uplinking those high school girls games after 1998?

Just for clarification, you needed yet another wibsite for what purpose?  I am truly asking out of curiosity.

Looks like that website is a repository of court documents and nothing more.

Looks like?  Man, your name is on it, you don't know what they post there?  Or did you think I didn't know?  Iam just asking questions, Bob. I am not your enemy, just looking for an honest answer.

princessdi,

My aren't you perceptive!

You must have the gift of discernment, and I don't mean this in any derogatory way.

I think that was an honest answer. Both the domain name and the present content indicate that that is what that website is all about.

In other words, you asked what the purpose of another website was, and my answer spoke to the question of the purpose of the site.

"Looks like" addressed the question from a particular angle.

If all those court documents are on an existing site, they might be harder to navigate through or find.

Well anyway...

Will you be adding your appeal brief on your website soon, or are you waiting on me to post it first?

Just wondering...
