Easy Corn Salad
Just a simple side dish that's easily prepared, tastes great, and no cooking!
SERVES 6 -8
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small cucumber, peeled, and diced
1 large tomato, diced
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons Veganise
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
