Coconut-Citrus Julius

A variation of the classic Orange Julius.

SERVES 2 -3

6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup plain soymilk or vanilla-flavored soymilk
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Taste to adjust sweetness.
add 6 ice cubes, one at a time.
Serve in a tall glass with a lemon slice.
