Taken from 3ABN's Property Tax Case, Danny Shelton, witness, September 23, 2002, as reproduced on the Save-3ABN site:

Quote
Q. Good morning, Mr. Shelton.
A. Good morning.
Q. Can you tell us your full name and address for the record this morning?
A.. Danny Lee Shelton. I live at ****************.

And later, while giving testimony as to his work and position at 3ABN:

Quote
Suddenly I thought about Moses and the bible
who had been away from the people for 40 years, was 80
years old when he took the call and his previous wife
had been murdered and yet God used him.

I was confused by this.

Where in the Bible does it say that Moses had a previous wife that was murdered?
I'm fully aware of that quote, and I have no idea why Danny said that, but I still don't see how he could have been involved in Kay's death. Plus, Melody was in the van. He would NEVER hurt Melody.

He would NEVER hurt Melody.

Never?

What about the allegations, perhaps better not repeated publicly, about his conduct with her while she was becoming a young woman?

I'm talking about taking a chance that she would be killed. I've known Danny most of my life, long before 3ABN was ever in existence. Melody is his world.

One of these days I'm going to drive the route from Danny and Kay's former house to the crash scene with a running video camera. Then I'll also shoot the scene from different angles. I think everyone will agree that the odds of pulling off a staged accident successfully under those conditions are astronomical.

Although there are no prominent depictions of Danny Shelton on the front page of the 3ABN website as used to be the case, the magazine, 3ABN World, continues to elevate Shelton as founder.

From the "President's Letter" by Jim Gilley in the April, 2010, edition of 3ABN World, speaking of the new satellite service:

Quote
God often causes us to stretch...He was in this network when He gave Danny the dream to build it, and
He’s still leading and multiplying His word.

The front page of the 3ABN website does advertise:

Quote
NEW--3ABN Special Edition Study Bibles with Ellen White Comments (click here)

...thus effectively tying 3ABN to the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

How many stalwart Adventist church members will buy these 3ABN study Bibles with Ellen White comments?  Will they feel let down and misled when they find out the truth about the inner workings of 3ABN?

On the current 3ABN website, on the page "About 3ABN", there is the following statement and link:

Quote
View the "Joint Declaration of Commitment" document between the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist and Three Angels Broadcasting Network.

However, clicking on the link sends you to "The page cannot be found".

Try http://www.3abn.org/pdf/commitment.pdf.

The link is not working.

Try it again. It should work now. It looks like what they did was omit the : after the http.

Why not edit yours to fix that.
