Easiest Pumpkin Spice Cake on the Planet

Super moist and absolutely delicious! A winner for potluck and no frosting necessary. If you want to have a little more texture to the cake, add some soaked raisins and chopped walnuts.

Ingredients:

    1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
    1 box of vegan spice cake mix *
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

Mix and put in a greased cake pan and bake per the directions on the cake mix box.

*check the ingredients on the cake mixes box in the grocery store, a few are vegan.
