Brownies
You will never eat regular brownies with eggs and milk again! YUM, YUM!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
a little less then 2/3 cup oil
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
8 tsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, oil, water, applesauce and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, arrowroot, baking powder and salt. Use a rubber spatula to combine the mixture. Try to just fold the ingredients together until the batter is formed. Don't over stir.
3. Pour batter into prepared pan and use rubber spatula to spread batter evenly.
4. Bake for 28 minutes or until set in the center. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
