Chocolate Cake (gluten free)
Ingredients:
1 Cup brown rice Flour
1 Cup of Raw Sugar
1 Cup of Shredded Coconut
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa
1 Teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
1 Cup of Soy Milk
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients then add Soy milk.
Cook in oven at 230c (450F) for 40 minutes.
Place half a block of dark chocolate on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
Spread melted chocolate as icing.
