Here is one interesting question being by Stan Jensen asked over at Club Adventist:
As many may be aware, there have been some very public statements by a few people, and some website owners have allowed these slanderous statements on their websites, that you committed fraud against the US Government by tax evasion. If I recall correct, you were even called a Criminal.
There have been claims that the accounting department of 3ABN, lacked skills when they provide charitable receipts to donors, and several other fraudulent/illegal actives
Some people joyfully told how they had contacted the IRS, and the boasted how they IRS was doing, not an audit, but a criminal Investigation of 3ABN.
What did the IRS find on the 'criminal investigation'?
Were you personally audited as well?
What was the result of both of those?
It will be interesting to read the answer by Danny Shelton to this question.

It is interesting that Danny's Lawyer, Tim Neubauer, in the Divorce case has now proposed a confidentiality agreement to seal discovery documents and depositions and it is scheduled for a hearing on August 9, 2008. Obviously some discovery about to debut in that case they do not want to share with us or the rest of the world.
We have been considering interceding to keep it as open as possible for reporting purposes.

Yup, big day!!! End of discovery in our case (don't they wish!!!) and beginning of discovery in their case in Illinois. Wonder if they feel they are between two pincers?

I expected more people would take an interest and ask questions. I only see that three people have asked anything: Stan, Shane, and John317.

Why Habanero--why don't YOU go and ask DS some questions, unless of course you are afraid to. Pickle and others have listed several here on this forum. Maybe you would like to go get the job done for them since they are too scared to. Of course it would be a waste of time for DS to answer those questions because none of you would believe him.
But really, go ahead and ask anyway. ::)

heard the question: How do you know a lawyer is Lying? Yup. that's right!!!

Absolutely false. Danny should have produced his evidence back in January in response to me request to produce that dealt with that topic.

Lol! Other than Bob and Gailon, there is no reason for anyone to be afraid to ask Danny a question. If he feels that it is inappropriate for public discussion, is rude, it violates what he can say during legal proceedings, or he has no answer, my guess is the worst that will happen is he doesn't answer. Nothing to be scared of.
As for believing his answers, everyone will believe whatever they choose to believe based on the criteria on which they interpret his words.
So Junebug, if a question comes to mind I will ask. However, I still remain surprised at how few people have asked anything. Everything doesn't have to be about attack, suspicion, and derision. All scandal aside, Danny is a very interesting person who has done many interesting things, and I know that lots of people have questions about various programs, plans, expansions, budget, new series, etc.

Junebug, now doesn't that make sense. Hide the evidence, assuming you have any, that would exonerate you and litigate to a sure loss!!! Discovery mandates that you produce the evidence. The failure to do so will not bode well with the Jurists, let alone a jury. So, get smart, role out your "purported" evidence or loose!!!
I think you are going to loose...I know there is no evidence...that makes Danny's litigation a lost cause....that also makes it a misuse of process!!! Don't you just love it???
By the way, you know what we do with Junebugs in New England...I will let your imagination run just wild!!!

Junebug, I don't know about you but my imagination has been piqued and is now running wild...
Perhaps New Englanders fire off a salvo of disparaging verbage to try to make the bugs rush off in terror.
Or, maybe New Englanders recount their tremendously successful exploits in great detail to make the critters quake in fear and slink away to safer climes.
Hmmmm, could it be that New Englanders paint the carapaces (the hard bony or chitinous outer coverings of these insects) like little jewels, attach them to their fancy hats, fur stoles or watch fobs and have a high tea.
Oh, I suppose New Englanders could insinuate that the Junebugs are really Danny Shelton in disguise and hope the shock and awe of being discovered would cause them to give up and admit to it.
If all else fails, perhaps New Englanders threaten to make those annoying bugs a party in a counterclaim for having the gall to invade their spaces.
But, to get back on topic, Junebug, do you think someone should ask Danny Shelton if he knows what they do to Junebugs in New England?

Danny stated in his reply that he didn't divorce Linda over spiritual adultery. What then did he divorce her over? Is he admitting yet again that he didn't have biblical grounds for divorce, and that he should therefore be removed from office for flagrantly violating the principles and standards of the Bible, the SoP, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church?
Or is he insinuating that Linda committed physical adultery and that that is why he divorced her, even though his email of July 17, 2004 denies that possibility?

If its production time then perhaps some answers will be coming forth. Deposition DAYS for Danny will be quite revealing one way or the other. A copy of that transcript will eventually be read by many folks. That could possibly be known as a modern day adventist hurricane. :help:

You have to get him to answer THE question and to tell THE truth. Two absolutely huge challenges for Danny Lee Shelton whenever he testifies.
